ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• The items were purchased within the last 14 days

• The Goods are in the original packaging.

• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We listed something incorrectly.

• Product isn't used or damaged.

• The items are in their original packaging.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Items that are used, dirty, washed, or damaged by the customer.

• Items that are not in their original packaging, or are missing original tags, tickets, or accessories.

• Items returned outside of the allowed return window (14 days).

• Items where the safety or hygiene seal has been broken.

• Items clearly marked as final sale, clearance, or for specific promotional sales.

• Gift cards, prepaid cards, sales, and sometimes gold or bullion.

• Items due to buyers remorse or because something does not fit

• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as those that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

• We reserve the right to decline returns of any merchandise that does not satisfy the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual proof of received items or delivery of the returned products.
